DPE Live, Podcast

This is the first DPE LIVE event, featuring Rick Sammon, Rob Sheppard, and Juan Pons, we answered a whole bunch lighting questions you sent live to us, plus we gave a bunch of excellent tips on getting the most out of flash photography!

The next DPE LIVE event is scheduled for March 9th at 8:00pm EST (GMT -5), 5PM PST, topic will be wildlife photography! So mark your calendars.

Apologies for the technical difficulties we encountered at the very beginning of the live event, but we finally got going and had a great time. For those that listened live, I hope you enjoyed it. Great show! Just wish the audio could be better, was so full of static and noise I had to stop listening.

      Drew,

Where did you listen to the stream? Here on DPE, or the stream at Blog Talk Radio. The stream here on DPE should be cleaner and much easier to understand as we did some work to clean it up.

hope this doesn’t submit twice :)

Just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful podcast! I just stumbled across your site and really appreciate the podcasts.

I know this wouldn’t apply to all of your podcasts … but this one was product heavy in the conversation … would it be possible to list products mentioned? I’m listening while I work and didn’t jot down the products.

Thanks again and really great information!

      Kasandra,

For the regular podcasts we have detailed links in the show notes for all the things we talk about. On the DPE LIVE podcast we have not done that because we try to post that one very quickly after recording. When I get a chance I may add some of the product links in there.

      Thanks for the kind words.

I loved the Podcast! I listened to it today via a download from iTunes. I have to agree, though, that the audio was very poor when you were talking, Juan. I had to turn it up very loud to hear you but when the others spoke, I had to turn it down again. And, yes, PLEASE post a link about the products. I was listening while driving so I could not jot down any notes. I was hoping to find more details on the site tonight. Keep up the great work. Again, I really enjoyed the Podcast! Such a great show. Thank you.
