If my monitor does not display a gamut larger than sRGB how do I really know what I see is what I will get. Technically I'm not seeing ProPhoto RGB if I don't have the right monitor. Please correct me if I'm mistaken. I do shoot RAW so the data is there I'm just not sure it makes sense for me working with a lap top as my only computer. I'm also curious where Adobe RGB fits in if the web, and any lab I will print at will require sRGB. What is the Primary use of ProPhoto RGB and Adobe RGB?
