Rick had a chance to interview Terrie & Beth the brains behind the Maui Photo Festival, as well as Paul Bowen, an incredibly inspiring aerial photographer. Lifestyle Photographer Tamara Lackey Interview // Podcast

Some time ago I had the privilege of interviewing the very talented lifestyle photographer Tamara Lackey. Besides being an incredible creative photographer, Tamara is also the author of the very popular The Art of Children’s Portrait Photography as well as a DVD titled Inside Contemporary Children’s Photography. Tamara owns a very successful studio very close to me in North Carolina and she was kind enough to let me barge in and conduct a quick interview. Tamara tells us what “Lifestyle” photography means to her, how she got started in photography, plus a whole lot more. Of course, as we do with every guest on the DPExperience podcast, Tamara give us some tips for you, our listeners.

Tamara has graciously given us a copy of her book and DVD which we will review shortly, and after the review we will be giving them away right here on DPE, so keep an eye out for those reviews.
