Special Treat for DPE followers

March 11, 2010

Annoucement

By any measure DPE has been a resounding success, and yes we have a GREAT team here which we affectionately call “The DPE Gang”, but honestly what has made DPE so successful has been you, our audience. With out you DPE would be just a bunch of folks talking to themselves.

At every turn you folks have made this endeavor a worthwhile one, by providing your feedback, comments, constructive criticism and most importantly providing a reason to keep sharing this information with you.

As a token of my (and our) appreciation I will occasionally make available for free a few images you can use as wallpaper for your iPhone (or any smartphone) and computer.

Here is the first installment of these free wallpapers. I hope you like them!

Great shots Juan! How did you do the “abstract sunrise” shot? Did you pan the camera on a tripod with a slow shutter speed?

Thanks Juan, beautiful images and the technique you used for the abstract sunset gives me another method to experiment with.
