Several members of the DPE gang will be teaching at the MAUI Photo Festival (August 25th thru 29th). This will be the second festival, and if last years event is any indication, this year’s event will be a blast. We are so excited for this event that we want to share it with you.

We are very excited to announce that we will be giving away ONE spot to this incredible event. Entry rules are VERY simple. Simply write a short essay (2 – 3 paragraphs) and include 2-3 images (JPEGs, 72 PPI, 540 wide) telling us why you think this event will take your photography to the next level. Simply email the essay and photos to email hidden; JavaScript is required. Make sure to mail in your entries by July 15th. Rick and Juan will review all the entries and pick and announce the winner on July 16th.

Winner will receive: Admission to the Maui Photo Festival, 4 nights stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui, and dinner with Rick and Juan one of the evenings. The festival award is worth $1,500. The value of dinner with Rick and Juan: priceless :-)

The winner will be responsible for airfare to Maui and meals (except for the dinner with Rick and Juan) and drinks.

Members of the DPE team who will be presenting at this event include Randy Jay Braun, Lou Freeman, Judy Host, Juan Pons, Rick Sammon, and Eddie Tapp. We have also had on our podcast a number of other presenters including: Jim DiVitale, David duChemin, Helene Glassman and Jack Reznicki.
